Udacity will open offices in India as partners Google and Tata offer 1,000 scholarships

Udacity is setting up shop in India, its first physical offices outside of the United States. According to Udacity, India has 3 million software developers, and is one of its fastest growing countries for student engagement. All seven nanodegree programs front-end Web developer, Android developer, data analyst, iOS developer, intro to programming, full stack developer and tech entrepreneur will be offered in India. The cost is Rs 9,800 ($135), with 50 percent being refunded on graduation.
